Instructional Focus:

As a result of the root cause analysis process, it was determined that our students,  need teachers to to collaboratively plan by utilizing intentional and deliberate planning practices to implement differentiated instruction that meets the needs of all students.

Cultural Proficiency Focus: 

It was also determined that students need teachers to plan collaboratively utilizing intentional and deliberate planning practices that focus on culturally responsive instruction with an emphasis on instructional scaffolds.
